I had an excellent experience working with Harrison at Hotsy Miami. He built the complete pressure-washing rig for my drone exterior cleaning business, AeroVyn Group, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything came out.

Harrison really knows his equipment. He took the time to understand what I was trying to accomplish with the drone setup and built the rig around the needs of my operation. The quality of the work, organization of the system, and attention to detail were all top-notch.

What impressed me most was the service after the build. Harrison has continued to answer my questions and help me understand the equipment as I get everything up and running. That kind of support is extremely valuable when you’re investing in a professional setup and starting a new operation.

If you’re looking for commercial pressure-washing equipment or need a custom rig built, I highly recommend Harrison and the team at Hotsy Miami. Great workmanship, knowledgeable, professional, and they stand behind what they build. I’ll definitely be doing more business with them in the future.

Fantastic experience with Harrison, Marc and and their team at Hotsy Miami. I own a pressure washing business in the Keys and they always go above and beyond to meet / exceed my expectations. I ordered these boxes Monday morning and Harrison had them on my doorstep by 5pm same day. Thanks guys!

Excellent service! We were having trouble with our pressure-washing machine and needed it repaired quickly because we had jobs scheduled. They took the time to diagnose the problem, fixed it, and got us back up and running the same day. They were knowledgeable, honest, and extremely helpful. We truly appreciate them helping us when we needed it most. We’ll definitely be back to purchase tools and another pressure-washing rig in the future. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience with Hotsy Miami! I purchased a new proportioner for my pressure washing/soft wash setup, and they did a great job with the installation. Everything was installed professionally, cleanly, and is working perfectly.

The team was knowledgeable, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly. I’m very satisfied with both the equipment and the service.

I definitely recommend Hotsy Miami to anyone looking for professional pressure washing equipment, parts, or installation services. Thank you for the great work!

I had an excellent experience with Hotsy of Miami. I placed an order late Saturday evening and then realized I needed an additional product included for Sunday delivery. After submitting a request through the website, Harrison, the General Manager, reached out to me right away by both email and text. He personally arranged a second invoice with no additional delivery charge, ensuring both orders could be delivered the following day.

Harrison was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely nice throughout the process. I was very impressed with the level of customer service and would definitely purchase from Hotsy of Miami again. Highly recommended!

Marc and Harry at Hotsy Miami are absolutely amazing! We purchased our pressure washing equipment from them, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish.

They are hands down the best pressure washing equipment provider in all of South Florida. Their attention to detail is perfect, their customer service is exceptional, and they truly take the time to make sure you get exactly what you need. Marc and Harry are extremely knowledgeable, professional, honest, and always willing to help and answer questions.

You can tell they genuinely care about their customers and stand behind what they sell. It’s rare to find a company that combines great products with this level of personal attention and professionalism.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience. If you need pressure washing equipment, parts, service, or expert advice, Hotsy Miami is the place to go. Marc and Harry are the best in the business. Highly recommended!
